By using Walk Window you agree to these terms. The app provides weather-based suggestions for when to walk; they are informational only — always use your own judgement about going outside.

Window+ subscription

Window+ is an auto-renewable subscription:

• Price: $5.99 per month (after a 7-day free trial for new subscribers).
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Free trial: Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Manage / cancel: You can manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings after purchase.

Subscriptions purchased on the web are billed by Stripe under the same renewal terms.

Accounts

Accounts are anonymous and created automatically. You may delete your account and data at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. Weather data may be inaccurate or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app or decisions made based on its suggestions.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
